Mike DeWine’s “Stay At Home” order, we at Keystone Insurance Agency, LLC want to assure you that our business is essential and we are committed to continue to provide service to our policyholders. However, we know this is a challenging time in the face of a serious threat, and we are committed to avoiding potential disruptions as our employees’ transition in this new environment.
Thus, we have outlined the following protocols to best serve everyone involved:
- Many of our associates will be working from home as of Wednesday, 3/18, but they can continue to be reached at their same phone number, extension and email. We also have the ability to maintain some staff on site and this positions us well to respond to your insurance needs.
We will continue to discuss further changes as they become necessary, and will update everyone as we make adjustments to best serve all involved.
